A deposit is required in order for the booking to be confirmed. This is equal to twenty five per cent (25%) of the total amount due. The deposit is non-refundable unless a cancellation is made and is deducted from the total amount outstanding. Payment can be made through bank transfer.

* In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be fully refunded only if you inform us of the cancellation at least 21 days prior to your arrival.
